Cake flavor help please

Hi ladies this is my first time posting on this board but im not new to the knot. I am starting to look around at bakers and im about to start scheduling tastings. There are soooooo many cake flavor options out there that im a bit overwhelmed. What flavors were your cake or what flavors will your cake be? I thought I would bring this to you all in hopes that maybe I can narrow down the options and have a few ideas before we start tastings. Thanks for any help you can give.

    We're having a 3-tiered cake with lemon cake on top (his favorite), red velvet in the middle (my favorite), and vanilla cake with vanilla frosting on the bottom since we figured everyone would like that one.

    Our cake is four tiers:
    Bottom tier- White almond 
    2 and 3- Red velvet (sadly enough...my mom and fiance talked me out of making one of these tiers strawberry)
    top tier-mint chocolate chip

    I thought the mint cake sounded awful, but it was SO good! It definitely taught me to keep an open mind.

    We are having a four tier wedding cake (two middle tiers will be fake) and a groom's cake.

    Top tier: Chocolate cake with Mocha filling
    Bottom tier: Almond cake with Cream cheese filling
    Groom's cake: Vanilla cake with Vanilla buttercream

    we had 5 tiers.


    the bottom and anniversary tiers were cherry chip. then we had red velvet, carrot cake, and and orange swirl.

    My daughter had 4 tiers.  From the bottom they were:

    Marble with chocolate fudge filling
    Dark chocolate with peanut butter cream filling
    Vanilla bean with apricot filling
    Lemon with vanilla cream filling

    The dark chocolate/peanut butter was to die for!
    My baby girl is a married woman...and now my baby girl HAS a baby girl. Time unfolds in such an amazing way. I've been blessed!

    We are having a four tier cake The top and bottom will be white cake, the middle tiers one will be chocolate and the other strawberry. All with butter cream frosting and all but the white will have a pudding filling

    We're having 3 tiers- cheesecake with strawberry puree, marble with Bailey's Irish Cream, and chocolate with bavarian cream.

    We are having 4 tiers:
    Bottom is white cake with raspberry filling
    2nd tier is triple chocolate with a chocolate mousse filling
    3rd tier french vanilla cake with lemon filling
    top tier strawberry swirl with bavarian cream filling

    We are having a four tier cake:

    Bottom and 3rd tier - Apple Cider Spice Cake
    2nd and 4th layer (as well as our anniversary cake) - Dulce De Leche cake.

    Each of these flavors are divine.  I cannot wait!
