  I ordered my invites from there (actually they are the exact same ones.....) and we got them on Wednesday. Everything looks good except the font on the response card is super super tiny. I started a chat with someone online about it (through their website) and she was helpful and said she will contact the Production department and see if they can reprint. She was supposed to email me yesterday and hasn't yet- I'm on pins and needles - but I do have confidence in them and what we got was decent as far as the rest of the stuff.

  Really?  I *love* these invites!  Did the font look larger in the preview?  That's the one thing I am worried about.  Their personalization system seems just okay.  Good luck!  I'd love to hear how it turns out!
  
  Can I ask what fonts you used?  I'm leaning towards the ones on the sample, Liorah and Copperplate.

  I'm pretty sure I just used the font they already had selected. We used black ink. You can't pick the font size - so when they come, just make sure they are the same font (as they weren'n in our case). The only thing I didn't like about them is there is not a lot of room. We had to eliminate things just so we could get this invite. I think they give you 12 lines?
  
  As far as fixing the small font issue, they emailed me back last night and said they are reprinting them at no cost and shipping them this week for free.
  
  I would recommend them for invites- whether it be these or a different one.
