Binny's Beverage Depot - budgeting advice :)

MY FI and I are contracting out the beverage portion of our reception since our caterer said it would be cheaper than going through them.  We are having around 175 people (plus or minus) and I am sure most of them will be consuming numerous beverages :)

Has anyone used Binny's to provide the alcohol for your reception?  I know that depending on the brands, things could change but I was hoping to get a few rough estimates so I can work with my budget a little better :)

    We used Binny's for our wedding - they have worksheets that can estimate how much you need to buy.  Their customer service can also help you based on your input.  Alternatively, there are calculators on the web that can also assist. 

    The good thing about Binny's is that you can return unused alcohol and mixers as long as it has not been chilled or dunked in an ice bucket.

    We are doing the same and our venue advised that if you're doing a full bar, the best deals that they have heard of were $18-$20 per person.
