  Try the Indy Yatch Club on Geist lake. I'm not sure how expensive it is, but it is a nice large house.

  if you plan to have less than 100 guests, Ricks Cafe and boatyard on Eagle Creek is Sooo beautiful!  and they have a gazebo for outdoor ceremonies and the food is Amazing!!!!

  Maybe consider Avon Gardens in Avon, IN.  They are not on a body of water, but the ceremony overlooks their large pond.  You can visit their website at www.avongardens.com.

  You can also have your reception at Rick's Boatyard if you have more than 100 people. They do not charge any rental fee for the facility, just tent rental for the parking lot (if you have more than 100), and food and beverage cost. We are planning our wedding there next June for roughly 150 people.
