  You might also ask the girls in the Destination Weddings board - I know there are some Key West brides there.   Look under "Wedding Theme Boards."
  
  When we originally started planning we considered Key West, but we couldn't find a completely private beachfront venue (i.e. beach house), so we decided to move the wedding up north a bit to Islamorada where we had more options. 
  
  If you're ok with a public beach in Key West, Smathers and Ft. Zachary Taylor are affordable options (Ft. Zach does have several fees, whereas Smathers is free).  Resort wise, I believe weddings at the Pier House are fairly affordable.  Southernmost on the Beach, Ocean Key, Hyatt, Casa Marina are all lovely resorts, but more expensive.  Also look into Kelly's Caribbean -  I think they have a wedding planning service that can arrange a beach ceremony/reception or host it on site in their garden: http://www.kellyskeywest.com/

  Not sure.  But I have been there once and feel in love with it!  I think that is an amazing location for a destination wedding!  Your guests will love it!
