The knot says 3 months out...is this when everyone sent/plans to send theirs?

    Etiquette says 6-8 weeks out, RSVP date no more than a month in advance.

    Ours went out at 9 weeks.  Due to some post office trouble, I'm glad we didn't wait any later.  I think up to 10 is ok.  More than that is pushing it.

    I'm doing 8-9 weeks out because most of my guests are coming from out of state. However, that's really all you need, especially if you send Save-the-Dates 6-9 months before the wedding. My RSVP date is about 3.5 weeks before my wedding.
