I haven't started looking for florists yet but here is the link for the Philly Knottie blog with the vendors used and who used them. If you have specific questions you can page the bride who used them.

I will recommend my florist- Garden Parties.  I met with 4 florists and Garden parties was the cheapest by $1000.  They did my fiancé’s cousin's wedding last year and she raved about her flowers.  They are located in the NE.  just be warned, they like roses!

London Creative Florist.  Best bang for your buck and beautiful work.  I had 6 bms, 6 gm, rb, jr gm,  jr bm, plus mothers, readers, and church flowers, plus pew bows  and flowers for my cake, all for around $1K.  215-634-0505.

My fliorist, Whimsical Welcomes,  is in Montgomery County but works all over the Philly area.  My flowers were gorgeous and extremely reasonable.  Leslie is very creative and will work with your budget.  She has so many good ideas  and is very popular on this board..  She works out of her home so she doesn't have the overhead of a store and is so responsive when contacted.  She was great to work with and I highly recommend her.  Check out her work on her blog and website. www.whimsicalwelcomes.com

There is a terrific, inexpensive florist in montgomery county called Coupe's flowers. They did BEAUTIFUL flowers for my wedding. I can send you pics if you want. Are you looking for just bridal party flowers or are you doing centerpiece arrangements too?

I met with Blakes Florist on Huntington Pike and Pennypack Florist on Krewstown Road.  Blakes seems to be the better of the two, price and quality-wise.  I am meeting with London this month, just so you know, they changed their number to 215-268-3080, and they're on vacay until July 11th.  I heard about a dozen GLOWING reviews about London, so that's probably who I'll use :-)  Good luck!
