Hey all!
I just wanted to post a warning to anyone shopping for wedding favors. Do not order your favors from www.newfavors.com. My younger brother is getting married in September, and I helped my mom pick out some favors for his rehearsal dinner. We bought them from newfavors.com, but when they arrived, they were pretty cheap looking, so we decided to return them. Talk about a nightmare! After several unsuccessful phone calls with super rude customer service people (one even hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor's name!), and several failed attempts to get a return authorization number online, we finally had to ship the items back and report the company to the Better Business Bureau. And, to get our money back, we had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. The bottom line is that you have lots of options for where to buy your wedding, shower, party favors. Just be sure that you DO NOT buy them from www.newfavors.com.
