I am putting a card in with my STD's explaining the hotel accomidations. How do word the block of rooms and the price and also the shuttle service?TIA

    You could say something along the lines of:
     
    A block of rooms has been reserved at X hotel at a discounted rate of $Y. Shuttle service will be provided for guests to and from the hotel and wedding venue. Please mention the Mandanyrdreams/FI wedding (or confirmation code or whatever the hotel told you they need to say) at booking to receive discounted rate.

    It seems like alot to put on a STD. What about creating a wedding website? That's what we did and we just put all of the info on there. If you have to put that information on there, I would do something like this:

    For your convenience we have booked a block of rooms at the Livonia Radisson. When booking, please reference You/FI wedding. 

    They can figure out the price at the time they call.
