Modern meets vintage wedding???

Hi,
   I am trying to put together a wedding and have come up with a 1940's vintage meets modern wedding theme. My dress is is very modern/vintage with all over lace except the bottom has tool and my finace' wants all the guys to wear zoot suits. I am thinking swinger/pin up styles dresses for my bridesmaid, but need some more ideas? Any thoughts on how to make my modern meets vintage wedding come together are greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

    First of all, check out the retro-vintage board. Also, zoom suits were late 1920's/30's, not 40's. Pin-up can also mean a lot of different things. What I would suggest is find some inspiration, a piece of artwork which represents the look you're going for or a picture or song and let that be your guide. Also, check out my pinterest below. I have a lot of ideas there. Good luck!
