Yeah - hopefully that will go better for me than trying to buy that ONE bottle of raspberry beer.

I <3 Greek yogurt.  I love how creamy it is.

    Hello everyone!

I can't believe I just read almost the entire FFF thread.  That's the kind of night I've been having :)

I actually have some in the fridge I need to eat. I also mix it with truvia and frozen mixed berries. It's usually for lunch, so if I do it in the morning it will thaw by then, but be delicious. I know someone though that eats it immediately because they say it's like frozen yogurt. I just can't eat the frozen berries super frozen. They're too cold for my teeth.

Monkey - wow - that's insane. That thread is like 15 pages long!

MK - Have you tried sensodine? My FI was having a hard time with his sensitive teeth and he says that using that really helped.

I got truvia recently for my tea, and I don't like it.  I like Splenda better.  Since I'm not too much of a calorie counter, I think I'm switching to agave for my tea.

I was just catching up on FFF if it makes you feel any better. But I was also there for most of it.
  • Options
Yup.  I got sucked into it though.  I finally stopped after the first couple pages about porn...

In the background, my mom is watching some movie about people getting snowed in on a mountain.  I'm pretty sure everyone is going to die in the end (several have already been lost to wolves).  I hate movies like that.

Mica - the stuff I got wasn't actually truvia. It's "Stevia in the raw" by the same company that does "Sugar in the raw". I thought it was pretty good - but I also like truvia so I don't know how different it tastes.
  • Options
I agree monkey - those movies are kind of sucky. I especially hate those horror type movies that are pretty much just Hollywood showing off how many ways they can think up to kill people.
  • Options
I saw the Stevia in the Raw at the store, but I'm not sure if I want to try it.  Its aftertaste sort of bugs me.
  • Options
Mica I don't like truvia in beverages, at all, but for some reason it's find for me in yogurt. That's all I use it for really.

I can't believe anyone would actually read all of FFF. It flamed out (pun intented) after two pages or so. I think I made it to page 6 before throwing in the towel on that lame exuse for FFF.

I try to avoid most movies that I know have sad endings.  Life is sad and painful enough.  My optional entertainment should make me smile rather than cry.
  • Options
I only read all of FFF if it's going on while I'm reading.  Otherwise, I pick a few pages at random to make sure no one is behaving too badly and call it a day.
  • Options
Random irrational irritation - One of my FB friends almost always starts his status out with "Says". It irritates me that it irritates me. It may have something to do with how often he updates as well.
  • Options
Confession time - I'm a total girl. I love sappy love movies. The more cliche the better. And the more Hugh Grant, the better ; p

Midge remember when FB used to automatically put "says" in when you posted. Posts always sounded ridiculous:

[QUOTE]Semi off topic but I love peach <strong>Activia.</strong>  It's so good.  I don't eat it for digestive reasons though.

<div>I can't say Activia...I have to sing it. Kind of like Ricola. </div>

Midge - I was glad when they removed that. I couldn't imagine typing it in now.
  • Options
I'm sad that Jamie Lee Curtis is now known as "The Activia Lady" to my sister and her friends.
  • Options
Yes, I totally remember that. Apparently this friend misses that feature greatly. I remember when FB was exclusive to college kids. My brother called me old.
  • Options
I used to love Hugh Grant until I saw him in Bridget Jones and realized that that's how he is in real life.
  • Options
Mica - I haven't seen that movie actually. I might have to avoid it so I can continue to think he's the most romantic man on earth : p

    1) I'm eating yogurt right now

    2) I was basically a single parent, split from exH when M was 8 mos

    3) I barely abused her at all and we both paid for her college & her wedding.
ETA: I meant my ExH & I financed, not her.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Anyone around? : I loved her in Freaky Friday.  One of my classmates in middle school had cancer and got to meet her. Jamie stayed involved with her family after she passed away from what I hear.

<div>This is just another example of why I think she's great. My favorite movie of hers was True Lies. I always laugh my buns off watching that.</div><div>
</div><div>ETA: I'm really not one of those people that idolizes celebrities. This thread just makes me seem that way LOL</div>

    Haha at the bold.

It sucks growing up in a single-parent household, but I just can't imagine why anyone would blame the single-parent.  And I agree that it doesn't always mean that the kid is in an unstable home.

I love Hugh Grant. He's looking a little rough these days, but in his heyday, the sexiest ever. I don't really give a crap what he did in his personal life. hubba hubba

So...I think our HVAC unit might be toast. I knew it was due to happen at any point, but, dammit. At one point someone told us about 6 grand to replace. dakhfkadshlkaj;dkfjl

Daffodil - the sexy accent really helps. But, I have a thing for accents ; p
