TGT

I almost missed out on TGT!  I don't know what has happened to my brain.  All of these papers I have to write for school are leaving me in a daze.

So as far as my weight, I'm at a plateau and I didn't realize quite how frustrating this would be.  No matter what I do, I get nothing.  So I'm thinking next week I'm going to try to do some interval training in my workouts and hopefully that will be what I need to get losing again!  My jeans are looser though, so I'm thinking maybe I'm losing inches, I'll probably take some measurements coming up pretty soon.

I am still so excited that my first fitting is on Saturday and I'm 15 pounds lighter than when I ordered my dress!!  Be ready for some pictures ladies, because you're getting them whether you want them or not!

Help keep me motivated!  December is creeping up pretty fast and I want to be ready for it.

  • I was wondering where TGT was?! :)

    Ditto for me, up a pound since my shower/bach party weekend, but all in all, that's not bad considering what I ate!

    Back to the gym tonight, tomorrow, and Sunday.  My routine was thrown off, but at least I looked really good in my gown! YAY!  Must. Tone. Arms.  That's my next goal.

  • I gained a few but officially did my first workout yesterday in many, many many months. I agree on toning those arms. I need to slim those puppies down. Going to Ravinia tonight...hope I can hold back on all the snacks my friends will probably bring. My goal is to get 5 more workouts in before next TGT.

  • What is TGT?

    I've plugged it before, but I'll say it again....we freakin love P90X! My fiance has also got P90X Plus, and now he's buying Insanity!!

    Seriously, P90X is incredible...FI lost 45 lbs. so far :) He wasn't a huge guy to begin with but he's always struggled with his weight. My SIL is also doing insanity.

    If you don't think you're ready for P90X, start with Power90. They're all by BeachBody and they are miracle workers- HOWEVER you MUST be serious about it. If you eat right and do the workouts, it will work, but you can't do one or the other, and you can't half-ass it!

    I've been thinking about getting a Beachbody workout, but I'm leaning more towards ChaLean Extreme or Turbo Jam. 

    Yes, yes, yes my arms need some serious toning as well!
