Using calling cards in the Caribbean-Help!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this? I am going to Antigua and will be calling the US everyday. Any advice on whichones and where to buy? I appreciate your help!

    Be careful where you call from!  Use the phones in your hotel, because many of the payphones won't except phone cards.  hotel phones will usually take most phone cards-using an AT & T one is a good idea because they have customer serivce if you need assistance.
