Flowers

I know there have been multiple posts about places for flowers, but I searched through them and was having trouble finding what I was looking for. Anywayyy...do any of you have recommendations for a flower place that isn't super expensive? I know flowers in general can be expensive (and my mom is all about the flowers, so I know I won't be able to something SUPER cheap) but I am really clueless on place's around here and their reputations. My mom seems to think Flowers on High (I think thats the name?) is the best. Thoughts? I know nothing!

I met with Flowerman but after almost 3 weeks I still don't even have a quote. It was a waste of time.

I am meeting with Kelly Karsten who does independent design on Sunday. I got her name from this board and several local Knotties that highly recommended her for price, professionalism, and design.

Flowers on Springtree Lane is super popular. I would contact them too.

I second Flowers on Springtree Lane.  They were by far the best quote we received, and super sweet to boot!

I am using Wedding Flowers by Eleana. She was under budget and was super nice! She even has a preset package for $500 that includes bouts, corsages, centerpieces and bouquets

I am also using Flowers on Springtree Lane. I met with about 6 different florists, and they were by far the cheapest!

I met with the some of the most popular florists on this blog when I was looking. Flowers on Springtree Lane was by far  the least expensive, Flowers on Orchard Lane and Elegant Touch were very similar, and Bella Coutoure was the most expensive (by a large margin). Flowers were important to me, and I wanted to be confident that the florist would deliver exactly what I wanted (I'm kind of picky about my look). I was most confident with FOOL and their product, and Jan seemed like she definitely knew her stuff!

I know it's been mentioned but I also have to give a shoutout to FOSL.  They beat everyone else's quotes and they're the nicest ladies ever.  They make you feel so welcome when you meet with them in one of their homes and I was 100% confident that they'll deliver exactly what I'm asking for.  Plus, I'm planning all the way from the pacific northwest and they've been very accomodating to my situation and have been responsive to all of my emails.  They're super popular so I hope they're not booked for your date!

We are using Hilliard Florist.  We met with several florists and received almost exactly the same prices from all of them so we picked Hilliard because they had great ideas at good prices.  We are using large glass bowl type things that she is putting a smaller bowl inside the large bowl so we can let family members take home flowers and they won't just get thrown away after the wedding.  Then we won't have to pay for all the containers if they are taken and the arrangement won't be ruined.

My mom also ordered several arrangements for my bridal shower and they turned out great...everyone LOVED them!  They made cheaper version of what we are doing for the centerpieces/bouquets (less roses and added carnations).

I used Elegant Touch Events for my wedding last July, and everything was gorgeous and she's very creative working within a budget!  I think her name was Laura!

I tried Flowers on spring tree lane and their quote was GREAT by far the cheapest but we asked them to do something for us and they said they would and then a month later said they no longer would.

I have also heard mixed reviews about them as far as communication goes but I have nothing but AMAZING things about their work.

we ended up going with Petals nad LEaves in Powell.  I wouldn't say it was super cheap but we also have some semi expensive flowers
