Does anyone know of any good fitness and meal plans for 30 days? I just want to blast off the last bit of fat, looking for interval training, plyos, anything really that you girls would recommend along with some clean eating meal plans.
Any suggestions? I've put my current routine down to give you an idea of what I do now but I've been doing similar routines for nearly a year and boredom has set in and I would really like to mix it up.
Currently, I work out 4-5 days a week:
- 3x per week of 45 minutes circuit training with 20-30 minutes of cardio
- 2x per week of 1 hour of cardio
2 IVFs & 1 FET.
