Good at writing b*tchy emails?

I need someone to help me write an email to my venue.  I have linens through my package, but they are done with a third party vendor.  Well... the third party vendor is making it really difficult to get anything done.  I need to change vendors and want to ask my venue about what my options are.  Help me concoct a persuasive email!

    Have you asked them already and found them to be uncooperative? If you haven't brought it up to them yet I'd call and be nice - if that gets you nowhere maybe turn to the stern email.I think being nice gets you further in the beginning

    Kill them with kindness, and make sure to provide plenty of facts. What dates & times did you try to contact the vendor, how (or absence of) did they reply, why you're worried and what you know believe your options are. If that doesnt work, go to someone a little higher up and try again!
