Flowers in central Jersey

My wedding is New Year's Day and not that many places are open, or they want to charge me a fortune to do my flowers.  I'm really not a huge fan of flowers to begin with.

Have any of you come across reasonably priced florists in central Jersey?  The wedding is in Freehold.  Any help is appreciated.

Does your venue have any recommended florists? I'm getting married at the Crystal Ballroom in Freehold, and will also be starting my florist search in the next few weeks. One of the florists my venue recommends is Fiori Bella Designs, which is in Freehold. I believe they may be reasonably priced - they have a facebook page and have some specials listed on there.

I would try Nathan at Avenue Florist- we're using him and I've heard nothing but good things and he's very reasonably priced.

Did you try Rosie's Posies in Manalapan?  I have a meeting with them next week, and one of my friends booked them for next fall.  She's pretty reasonable.  I don't know if she's open for New Years though.

My venue recommended Fiori Bella Designs, but I wanted to have a second option for comparison.

I just met with 2 florists this weekend based on recommendations from girls on here.

We live in Central Jersey- but are having our reception in North Jersey, but our church and house are in Central Jersey.  The florists we met with are Santons (manny) in Newark & Avenue Florists (Nathan) in Elizabeth.

They were both great- give them a try!

You could always try for places around here- I also met with Kim Lovitt at Marquis florals- (she was just too expensive, and it threw me off from the start!) But, she might be better for you- if you know what you want and have specific things in mind- when I met with her, I didn't know what I wanted and she just gave me a general estimate...

I would definitely give Santos or Avenue a shot- they are both REALLY GREAT! I still haven't decided who I'm going to use yet- but it will DEF be one of them! =]

Berberian Floral Design and Event Planning.... Lauren is amazing and extremely reasonably priced (at least based on the research I've done)... I think she's based in Flemington?

I am having my wedding in Neptune, NJ. I am using Rose Petals and Lace in East Brunswick. They are great and reasonable priced in my opinion.

I used Garden State Flower Market in Freehold.  My friend's sister owns it and she is awesome.  She can work with you if you want nice flowers but for a decent price.  She is young and recently got married herself so she knows what it's like to have to do all this wedding planning.  If you haven't found a florist yet, I would definately check her out.
