Linens or no linens??

Since my venue pic is below I thought I would ask! I was going to add linens to dress up the place a little, but after showing a couple people the room, they think the tables themselves add character. The tables will be set up similar to the pic, having maybe only one or two rounds, some squares of four, rectangles of eight, and even a couple tables for two. If you notice the folded parts have hinges and I am kinda worried of how it will look. But the different sizes could get really pricey, and we really don't have the money in the budget. I guess what I'm asking is what would you do? Linens or no linens? and if we do look into linens, what color would you go with? TIA!

I think the tables look fine without linens.

They probably look a little better in the pic. It's just the hinges are visibly noticeable :/

If the hinges bother you, you could get linens to cover them up or you could have some type of decor to cover it up. You could try and cover it up with flowers or candles. This way you don't have to look at the hinges. But I don't see any hinges in those two pics. Ask Danielle, she's very creative with coming up with different ideas.

Hehe I will ask her :) The hinges are caused from the round tables being folded into square, if that makes any sense lol The only way to fix it is with linens but I think I'm just going to have to get over it!

That's super weird!!! I've never heard of a round table that could be folded into a square. Yeah, shop around and see if you can find some cheap linens. It's cheaper to just buy them and sell them after the wedding.

If it was me, I would add linens to the white, outside table, but they're def. not necessary for the wood tables inside. Love the look of those without the linens.

I say go without the linens. I love the tables just the way they are.
If the hinges bother you, then go for the linen

I like the looks of the tables BUT think that linens would dress it up a lot more... make it look more "wedding-ish".

I would do linens because of that reason but if you don't have it in your budget, I think the tables with your centerpieces would be fine.

Oh, and black linens :)  I think that would look really good with the white vases you showed and maybe red flowers. Has an asian type look to it since it's at China Grill.

I like them without the linens and if you wanted to dress them up you could always have runners.

I like the tables without the linens too. I can see the hinges but I really don't think it looks bad at all.

I like them without linens. Probably no one will notice the hinges but you! Personally, I wouldn't waste the money.

I didn't think of runner but I like that idea too!

I agree with PP that a linen isn't necessary if it isn't within your budget.  The tables look nice as is.  A table runner may be a great inexpensive option just to jazz up the tables. I picked up some at the dollar store when I was decorating my house for the holidays.

I agree... love the tables inside.

    Outside -- not so much.

Thanks ladies :) I probably should have mentioned that the first pic is my ceremony space. There will be no tables outside, just the chairs lined up. Regarding the reception room (the bottom pic), I'm prob not going to do the linens. The venue supplies white ones but they're cheap looking... and I will probably be the only one who notices the hinges. Thanks again!
