  Sandy's Alterations in South City is the best. She's this sweet Italian lady who does a fantastic job. She's not super expensive either. I highly recommend her.

  Needing a podium will depend on what your officiant/pastor would like to have- why don't you check with him?  Our officiant just held a binder that contained our ceremony script and it wasn't a problem, but it probably depends on their personal taste.  Remember to rent a table and table cloth for the guest book though- and if you are doing a unity candle or sand ceremony then you will probably want a small table with you under the gazebo as well.
