So I contact my reception hall coordinator and asked about using the room next to my banquet hall as sort of my brides room. It's a small lounge type room. She told me it was $250 to rent but if I didn't want to do that she could block off the restroom with a lounge area on the other side of the building for me as a brides room and she could put a sign on it saying "brides room". I told her that was fine and I want to provide the sign as I was just going to do a sign similar to the look and feel of my table #s. Here is the response she sent me back
Yes, you can provide the sign, however, it needs to be conservatively created and not too heavy so that our tape will be able to hold it up. I have no doubt that whatever you create will be tastefully elegant!
I was a little taken a back by the "conservatively" comment and was confused by what she meant. What do you guys think?
