  I was also on a tight budget and I would highly recommend Michael McLamb with Fleurtations- http://www.fleurtationsweddings.com/
  
  He was one of my favorite vendors and can work with any budget, but still produce beautiful arrangements.  Can't say enough good things about him :-)

  I am using the English Garden for my March wedding. At first I was a little hesitate to meet with them because the prices online seemed a little high. I am so glad I didn't judge them by their website.
  
  The owner, Cydney is a person who loves to do her job, and the other employees are down to Earth people. The EG can do anything small to big, and they were 100% honest with me. I was never really into flowers, but they drew up a contract which stuck to my budget plus they had great suggestions.
