Do you think tall or short is best?

I'm trying to decide on centerpieces, and debating whether I should do tall or short centerpieces.  Here are some pics of our venue from previous wedding receptions.  I'm going for an elegant/formal style.  Which do you think would best?

Re: Do you think tall or short is best?

  • Maybe a mixture of both?

  • We had both, but out dinner tables were long banquet style tables.

  • I so do both too.  I think by doing both you would make that space pop even more than it does.  It's a beautiful space by the way.

It can make you weak and strong simultaneously.

  • Ooohhhh, I didn't think about doing both tall and short centerpieces.  Great idea, thanks ladies!!!

  • I LOOOOVE tall centerpieces, but I actually am going with short. (DIY and what I found in my price range was short). I think many guests prefer short because it's easier to conversate over, but if you go tall, narrow is best. Gorgeous pics.
