I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for but I made an album for my husband's parents using Somerset.com.  I have a review in my married bio.

I just received the album we made on Picaboo, and it is beautiful! This is the Madison lay-flat style. Way higher quality than the photo books I've done through Shutterfly in the past. I'm glad I splurged, given it's a wedding album.

Not sure what exactly you are looking for, but if you are interested in getting a one of the thick page albums most photographers offer (called "flush mount albums"), Etsy has graphic designers that will create them, usually for a lot less than most photographers, if you are able to provide the images.

    For instance, check out: http://www.etsy.com/shop/MelanieRoseDesign

WeDesignAlbums.com also offers the design, print and binding service.  Just upload your prints and they do the rest.   Layflat books with photos bound on hard pages.  You can also get a full acrylic cover with a photo on the front if you want.
