HOB Lombard! Help

Alright, I am the groom and only writing this because I know people read this forum. The Bride is very upset!

We went to House of Brides in Lombard months back and requested Dragon Fruit Dresses for 9 Bridesmaids. HOB did not place the order in time and we had to pay $250 for a "rush" order. Then they didn't have Dragon Fruit we had to change our flowers to match the new colors and "reorder" new dresses..

NOW the dresses come in and look terrible and we had to return them! Our wedding is in three weeks! We have no dresses and HOB hasn't even called us back!!

Please Help!

    HOB in Lombard is horrible!!! My dress is only sold there and I am terrified to purchase it from there. What I have heard others do is find their dresses at department stores, and use dresses from there for their bridesmaids and it actually turns out cheaper. Hope that helps at all.
