Food suggestions for a fall reception

We will be having an appetizer/dessert reception. I want to stick with fall themed foods and need to feed approx. 320 people. I would love some suggestions on your fav go to's.

    Caramel apples would be delicious and are perfect for fall! Or popcorn balls. Pumpkin pie as well for dessert.

    Teacup servings of pumpkin soup (it could be a self-serve station where it's ladled out of a pumpkin).  Butternut squash risotto fritters.

    Butternut squash ravioli bites could be turned into an app,  also ditto the caramel apple request.

    If you are serving alcohol I would highly recommend having a warm alcoholic apple cider.

    Apple turnovers? Sweet potato pie? Pumpkin cheesecake? spice cake or carrot cake?

    Pumpkin pie on a stick or those pie lollipops.

    Butter tarts, pecan tarts.

    I think any kind of spice cake or Hummingbird cake (banana and pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting, maybe this is just a fall thing for my family).

    Pumpkin or squash soup

    Caramel apples (be mindful of nut allergies if you choose to roll them in nuts)

    red velvet cupcakes! Anything with a rich red color works great for fall.

    we are having a fall reception following our DW, we live close to an apple orchard and are doing an apple theme, with alcoholic apple cider,an apple pecan salad, apple roasted pork, individual apple pies and candy and caramel apples for favors.
