Sooooo....to try and make a long story short, I had a dress. Against most people's opinion's I bought another dress (ekkkkk!!!) Not spontaneously, necessarily, but I did it on my own. I didn't take anyone with me to get other's thoughts and just made a decision to by this on my own. I had been having 2nd thoughts about my previous dress for about 6 months. I kept trying to make it what it wasn't. I finally decided (without asking anyone else what they thought at the time) to go try on this other dress that I found in a magazine about a month and a half ago. The store I went to actually had my first dress. I tried them on side by side and knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this "other" dress, was the one. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this whole thought process to anyone else but it worked for me. So fast forward to today, the dress came in ( a few days ago) and I went and had my first "unofficial" fitting. I LOVED it even more than the first time I tried it on. Although it was slightly controversial decision (according to my family), I know without a doubt this is the dress that I am suppose to walk down the aisle to my FH in!!!!!! I also know this would be the dress my Mom would've picked too! I have never felt so beautiful in anything in my life!!! Thanks for reading...just so overwhelemd with happiness about how it all worked out. Even if the process was a little "different".
