How to compare reception sites?!?

I have narrowed my choices for reception sites down to six, but i need a spreadsheet to compare the features of the six. Does anyone have something that could help or know where i could find something?!?

At the bottom of this post you can download a list of reception questions. Fill out a sheet for each of the six reception halls you're considering and then do a side by side comparison based on the answers to the questions. HTH.
