Crest 3D White Vivid toothpaste. The commercial says Marie Claire named it one of the 25 beauty products that will change your life, and it did.

I've also used some stuff I found at the Dollar Tree. When I first got it, I used it like 3-4 times a week. I didn't think it was doing much, but after finishing a tube of it my teeth were several shades whiter than my husband's, and I'm an ex smoker (he's not). We use the same toothpaste and pretty much maintain the same brushing habits so the only difference was that $1 tube of whitening gel.

Aqua Fresh Whitening tray. They are amazing! I couldn't stand the Crest strips, but these are actual trays that don't feel as slippery as the strips did for me. After two uses I noticed a major difference. I think the package comes with 7 tray sets (top and bottom).

Go to Kandee Johnson's website (kandeej.com) and search teeth whitening. She does a great tutorial video and tells you the products to use. It's super cheap, easy, and really works.

I used Crest whitestrips for sensitive teeth. It doesn't work as quickly, but it also didn't make my teeth hurt.

Crest White Strips all the way! After using them for a few years off and on, I went to a new dentist and he asked me if I had gotten my teeth whitenened by my last dentist or had gone out of town and I was like 'Um, these are just white strips' and he couldn't believe it.

If you get trays from any dentist Night White is a great product. You just reminded me I better start using mine. For some reason I did not get any results from the Crest 3D toothpaste...or maybe I did but I am just not used to the super slow way of doing things?

Has anyone used a one-hour whitening kit? My engagement photos are this weekend, and I haven't been able to make it to the dentist to get it professionally done. My teeth have always been a little more on the yellow side, and I don't even drink coffee or smoke. I'm just wondering if the one-hour kit will help at all.

I use Crest 3D White mouthwash twice a day and it's amazing! I've noticed a big difference and it does not make my teeth sensitive.

My orthodontist is bleaching mine as a wedding present haha. I got the custom trays and the night white stuff to use each night. It's working great. He normally charges $150 and to me that's not a crazy high price

My dentist gave me Sheer White whitening strips. It's a clear plastic strip that sticks to your teeth and can be molded to fit in between the spaces. One kit gives you five strips that are worn overnight for a week. You can also wear them for one hour, but I don't see the point in that. I'm starting my second kit (my teeth are really yellow), and I can really see a difference. I have to use them every other night though because my teeth get too sensitive.
