What kind of veil with this dress...?

Re: What kind of veil with this dress...?

  • Are you wearing the shoulder strap or are you making it strapless?

With the shoulder strap:  I vote a birdcage or no veil at all.   Strapless:  you could do just about anything.
  • I vote birdcage, as well.

    Gorgeous dress!!
How are you wearing your hair?  I would probably say to go with a hair flower or fascinator if it works with your hairstyle.  Though I don't think a shoulder or fingertip veil would look totally out of place if you really wanted a veil.

  • I say hair up and if you choose to wear it down, pulled over to opposite shoulder cascading in curls and definitely a bird cage or fascinator.  Beautiful gown!
  • I vote Birdcage as well.

  • I'm going to be different and say a plain fingertip length veil, but that is because I am not a fan of birdcage veils at all.

  • No veil. I hate birdcage. Who wants to be trapped in a "cage", lol.

  • I say no veil and a hair piece would look great (feathers, flowers, etc). A veil would  would overpower the gorgeous details of that dress.
  • Thanks for all the input, I'm thinking about wearing my hair down pulled to the side opposite of the strap and maybe a birdcage veil and if not, just a headband with a flower or something of the sort ;)

So, basically.. NO LONG VEILS! Got it!
