It's almost Friday!! Even though I was in bed with a migraine for the past two days, I'm actually excited about working out today.
B: coffee with almond milk
S: protein shake (vegan protein powder, frozen banana, almond milk, light choc. soy milk, ice)
L: leftover chili
S: apple and maybe some pb
veggie chik'n fajitas with whole wheat wraps, spinach, tomato, peppers, avocado, and onion
S: no idea yet
E: BL cardio and P90X arm stuff that I never got to earlier in the week
