Help with picture in my Sig

Everytime I try to put a picture in my signature it just is a link (see below). I used the 'message board/forum' link on tinypic.com. I have used the HTML link and it actually posted a picture-but it was huge. Can you help?!

Copy and paste these links into your sig block (don't change anything). You can adjust the width as necessary.
