My fianc and I live together and are paying for our own wedding. My name is on the return address for the invitations, should of it been his? Thanks

Well, who's paying has nothing to do with any of this.

It's fine that your name was on the return address; you might also have used "HerName-HisName Wedding" or "HisName-HerName Wedding." I've seen this suggested in other threads here.
