Your opinion on which monogram to use (PIP)

For my aisle runner, I've been putting it off but it's time to get cracking!!
So which monogram do you like better?

And should I put it at the bottom (towards the church doors)  or the top (towards where the ceremony will take place) of the aisle runner?

I used the one above on my invitations and menus

I like the first one better.  The second one just looks like there is too much to it.  Also, I would put it on the bottom by the doors.

I like the first one better, and I think at the bottom by the church doors, so everyone can see it when they walk in, no matter where they sit :)

I also like the first one best.  It's really elegant and clean-looking, if that makes sense.

I don't personally care about this, but I feel like I've heard it mentioned on the etiquette board that it's bad form to use something with the last name on it during the ceremony because it's not technically your last name yet until the ceremony's over.  I'm not sure how that's really any different from using the initial, though.  Sigh.  Etiquette, you stump me again....  Anyway - though I'd throw it out there, just in case.  :)

First one.  Towards the Church doors, so it's the first thing your guests will see when they walk in. :)

ETA: If you want something where you guys will be standing for your vows as well, maybe a simple kBd will do towards the front.  Something that doesn't require a lot additional painting, lol.  Like this:

first one -- especially since you already used it. And bottom of the doors - like PP said, then everyone can see it when they walk in (even if they don't notice it, because some may) because if it's at the front then the people near the back may wonder what's on the floor...

First one and by the door.  The second one looks like it would be a pain to paint!

Oh, and soon you will be an old married hag like me!

The First one too. Towards the doors. Are you doing it yourself or is someone making it for you?
