Some of the dresses on the knot tv are ridiculous!!! Ha! One of the models was wearing a gown with a giant hat-ish thing on and a HUGE (wider than her body) bow in the back!! haha! It's makes me laugh. I mostly ignore it, but I couldn't today.

I also wanted to share that I only have three finals left and 16 days until I see my beloved FI again. It's been a LONG semester.

What are you guys looking forward to?

    Haha yes, I agree with you about the dresses. The same thing goes for a lot of the ones I see in magazines, too. It made me a little nervous that I would have trouble finding a dress I really loved and felt comfrotable in, but luckily the ones I saw in the stores were much more normal Smile

    I am looking forward to seeing my FI again, as well! Three weeks from today for me. He lives in London, but is coming to visit me in DC this June. Then, he'll help me pack and move me out to London to be with him! I'm very excited to end the long distance (it's been 2 years since we lived in the same city), but nervous as well (I've never lived abroad).

    I know! Did you see the one that was like 12 inches above the knee in the front and then had a huge fluffy skirt that went to the floor on the sides and in the back? So strange...


    I'm going to see the movie Bridesmaids with my mom and my FI tonight (yes you read that right, I said Fiance and chick flick in the same sentence, lol). It was actually his idea because he knew I really wanted to see it. I'm excited :)

    haha! Those dresses sound so funny!!

    Kelly--I've always wanted to go to London! My MOH is going to live and study abroad there for the school year before I get married (actually, not technically London, but somewhere near it in England). She's SOOO lucky! LDR's suck...I'm glad you get to be with your FI. Mine will be home all summer, so that will be wonderful. :)

    Meagan--hahaha! You are so lucky! If I mention chick flicks, my FI runs fast in the opposite direction. He hates them. Let us know if it's worth seeing!

    Oh I just saw Bridesmaids this past weekend with my sister/MOH! We both thought it was really funny, but definitely not your typical wedding movie (i.e. don't see it with your mom!).

    I think men would definitely enjoy it (I wouldn't even call this one a Chick Flick, per say). The theater was completely sold out when we went, and it was definitely more women than men, but the men who were there were laughing very hard throughout. Enjoy it!

    Haha, I see those dresses and I laugh all the time.

    I'm also looking forward to seeing my FI. He is in the Navy and has a 96 hour leave next weekend for Memorial day and I will get to see him all weekend! He has a wedding agenda all planned out (yes, you read that right HE has a wedding agenda, ) Because he hardly ever comes back home he wants to knock out a lot of things this weekend. Take our e-pics, (his dad has a realld nice camera and an eye for photography so we though, eh why not.), talk with the caterer that is his friends dad, and talk with the priest that will marry us.

    I am beside myself excited, I just got an offer for an internship I interviewed a few days ago! It pays well and I am just excited to finally have a job.

    You know besides hating that tab that's always in the way, I try to avoid looking at the dresses fearing I'll see something new and in season, I'll then love it and therefore love my dress less. Probably not very realistic, but still haha. Anyway, now that I know they're hideous I just might check them out for a good laugh lol! :)
