I'm looking for photographers in the Sioux Falls area with an affordable engagement/wedding bundle. I'm interested in photographers who have a style a little out of the ordinary--the ones that accomplish quirky, fresh photography. Something unexpected, yet still with class. I can only find individuals who do the expected and only the expected photos. I don't want that. I heard it's better to go by word of mouth anyway...so help me out! Thanks everyone!

    Wilcoxon Photography out of Menno, SD is Awesome and very well priced!!

    AC Ellis - AMAZING but higher in the price range

    I have heard Imij is good, have never dealt with them personally however.

    Personally I am using Iconic Photography out of Omaha, NE, but I am getting married in Sioux City so I don't have to pay that much for travel, but he a great guy with wonderful work!

    Hmm, I am surprised I hadn't seen Wilcox before. I thought I had EVERYONE in the SD area scoured. 

    I'm going with Matt Lien from Minneapolis; he just charges whatever gas & hotel are for mileage, so it's not outrageous at all. 
    Might be what you're looking for!

    Oh, I should have also mentioned that Shalista is probably my favorite photographer in SD. There's also someone in Aberdeen that isn't too bad.

    I am using Studio Blu Photography out of Sioux Falls.  They are a husband/wife team that are very creative and awesome to work with.  Check out their website: www.studiobluphotography.com

    I am using Allure Photographic out of Omaha.   I literally vetoed every photographer in the Sioux Falls area.

    I was in a wedding a few years ago that Amber Dawn photographed and the pictures turned out great! There was a good mix of artistic fun pictures with enough formal family shots to make grandma happy.

    WILCOXON Photography out of Menno, SD is the best for the price, neat edgy-ness, and comfort/ease to work with! Josh is great and he has a fabulous website and is VERY affordable. We have his largest package, everything from engagment photos to our entire wedding day on DVD's that we get to keep and can print ourselves. He also creats great images with his knowledge of photoshop/design. I know I sound like a sales rep, but he's great! Cannot wait for our big day....our engagment photos are amazing and we've received sooooo many compliments!

    I dont know if you're still looking for photographers or not, but I'm a photographer from up n the Watertown area, and with family down in Sioux Falls, so I'd definitely be willing to travel, and there would be no traveling expense/hotel expense.
