OL Tuesday

Dear Knotties,
I made, hands down, the BEST chicken chili last night. It was really different, but AMAZING. It was called Harvest Chili and it had cinnamon and other spices, and brewed with a dark harvest spice ale and omg nom nom nom.
-Master Chef but not really I followed a recipe

Re: OL Tuesday

  • Dear Carrie ~ you must share the recipe!  DH loves craft beer, and that sounds like a great addition to some chili!!

Dear Full Moon Last Night ~ you did something to Remington last night.  As we were trying to go to bed, he wanted to go out.  Stayed out back and played for 30 minutes before DH made him come in so we could go to bed, and he just banged on the door again, loudly, as we were trying to go to sleep, so I finally let him out again.  After another 30 minutes or so, he came back inside himself, and was PSYCHO dog!  I mean, acting REALLY weird!  Needless to say, he got put in his crate and spent the night there.

Let's not do this again tonight!

    xoxo
Someone who would like a good night's sleep
  • OK DUH I meant to share the recipe. I followed it exactly, except that I think ground chicken is disgusting, so I put in three chicken breasts and shredded them and put them back in for a half hour or so.

  • Carrie, thanks for the recipe cant wiat to try it.

Kylie...did you get a baby in a box?

  • Dear family,

Stop exploding with growth! You guys are stealing all my thunder!

Just kidding, I'm so excited for all the new additions and definitely do not care about any "thunder-stealing", but seriously, my (psudeo) step-sister is getting married this saturday (and I think it may not be TOO long until my other step-sister in engaged), my cousin whose girlfriend is having a baby, (and she's now his finance!) and they were looking at getting married in december, but now may wait until after baby comes and it's warm so they can do it on the beach, my other cousin is getting married in march, and a third cousin (there's 7 of us and we're all very close!), well, we don't know what's going on with him. He keeps to himself the most, and we're all just waiting for the day when he comes home and says "Hey! I'm married now!"

Yipes! That only leaves my younger sister and my cousin, both 20, and swearing they're making no such plans yet.
