FI is moving to Rochester in January and I am in June, after the wedding (I'm a teacher now, have to wait until the year is up). Anyone here live there and have any apartment or townhome recommendations?

    I am from around there, and if you don't mind living a little far out of town, you will give more space for your money.  The south side of the town, they are developing but I am not sure of any apts being built.  The apt rates are a little high just because ofsingle nurses for Mayo and RCTC students.  PM me if you need more help.
