My personal trainer at the gym is going to give me 3 months of weekly sessions in exchange for a free newborn photo session when her baby is born in August.

We hashed out the details over email. I'm giving her a pretty big package for free, but it's still pretty swell!

I am SO excited! And this REALLY helps save money for the wedding budget

That's a sweet deal, for real! Even if it's a large package to give for free, the amount that you're saving for the training sessions will totally be worth it!!!

Oh my gosh I just got back from my PT session tonight it was SO intense.

There are two types of movements when weight lifting, the concentric (the one where your muscles contract) and the ecentric (the one where your muscles stretch). So today we were working on e-centric movements. She had me lifting weight that was too heavy to do on my own (her helping me up) and then doing a slow controlled release on my own.

I'M GONNA BE SORE TOMORROW!!

I was doing 40 lb bicep curls, 25 lbs per hand shoulder presses and 200lb squats.

OUCH!
