Need a good seamstress for wedding dress alterations!! HELP!

I took my dress to the recommended seamstress that works with the shop I bought it from.  I was shocked to hear her say I could only have my dress bustled in a french bustle because of the fabric, and that it would cost $10 per stitch, and she might need to do twenty or more stitches!!!. 

This is only for the bustle.  I don't need any other alterations, just a press.  I was uncomfortable with the seamstress, and didn't like her design of the french bustle. Could anyone recommend a seamstress that might be a little less expensive in the King of Prussia area?  Thank you!!

    She's not super close to KOP, but Nilah and Co in Drexel Hill is fabulous. She is really highly recommended by a number of girls on here (in addition to me).

    Nilah comes incredibly highly recommended on this board.  Many Philly brides used her, including NCV.  She mostly comes on this board at night because she lives overseas, but I would page NCV.

    Ooooh, so so glad to see this - I may need to have my BM dress taken in and I had no idea where to take it. And Drexel Hill is so close, yipppeee!

    I used her for my wedding gown, my mother's dress and my sisters BM dress.

    She had to reconstruct my whole dress because it was so big. She also did the bustle I wanted, a french double bustle, and didn't bat an eye when I asked. She also did a small bustle on my mom's gown.

    Nilah.com she was wonderful to work with!

    Cackle - I'm actually going to her tomorrow to have her take in a BM dress for me! I had her do a different one about a year ago and it was perfect and inexpensive.

    I'm planning on using her also. I met her at the Soiree in the City show and she said she does dresses from Kleinfelds and since that's where I got mine from I'll save on travelling and I've also heard rave reviews and that her costs are very reasonable (well as much as reasonable means when it comes to all things weddings lol).

    ladies thank you so much for your help!  I was having palpitations over this!  Nothing worse than thinking someone may destroy your wedding dress before you get to wear it.

    Estrellas--I hear you.  The thing I'm probably most nervous about is my dress.  When is your wedding??

    I used her too and my sister did as well for her wedding dress.  She's awesome.

    i used Sagets, also in Drexel Hill.  Pricing seemed reasonable, and the tailor knows what he is doing.  He did my dress, and my future MIL's dress.  We were both very happy with the outcome.
