[QUOTE]Ok, thanks again for your help, guys! You're awesome. Eags, I made my H stop at a gas station between pictures and the ceremony and go in and get me a bottle of water. He got me a mini bottle, and I was like WTF? and he was like "you don't want to have to pee before the ceremony, or in the middle, do you?" and I was like GOING TO DIE HERE. I had to have my MOH get me a glass of water during the receiving line because my mouth was so dry I could barely talk to people. Ugh, my 21st birthday was a SHITSHOW. I cringe just thinking about it.

I didn't even go out for my 21st. I was married to my no-fun first husband. He was like Debbie Downer but with a penis. He hated drinking and would raise an eyebrow if I even wanted a glass of wine with dinner. I had never even been IN A BAR until I divorced him when I was 24. No worries, though. I made up for lost time.

Ha, no not really. I was more amazed that I made it up the three flights of narrow and rickety old stairs to my apartment in stilettos without dying. Those stairs were scary enough sober.

  • Oh Christ on a pony! TLC is advertising a new show called Honey Boo Boo or something. I gather from the ad that it's all about some girl from Toddlers and Tiaras.

I've seen that show exactly once. Those mothers made me stabby. Honey Boo Boo's family looks so Klassy in the ad.

I think that I won't be watching that.

Remember when TLC had somewhat educational shows? They really have gone in a different direction with their programs.

Ha, no not even close. Nothing else about my wedding day comes close to my florist rage.

The closest would probably be the guy that RSVPed yes (after we chased him down), then called and said "actually, no" and then showed up anyway. With a (n univited) guest. And said to my H in the receiving line "Bet you're suprised to see me!" Yes. Yes we are. And then said to me "Are your shoes red or pink? That's weird."

Glad your fans worked out Eags.
  • That's cool that your priest had the guys walk around and hand out water. Glad no one keeled over!

  • Nice Eags. I had a cool priest growing up. I need to start a "church search" now that we're settling in in Denver.
  • Eags - your priest sounds awesome!

FI & I are home from my parents, I fell asleep on my parents couch after dinner & now i am not tired at all.

It has been so hot here! Its insane - I really do enjoy living in a basement apartment over the summer.

    Goodnight Lizzie & Raes!

It is SO nice here. We have the windows open. The low tonight is 58. I'm stoked to sleep with the windows open. The cat will like it too.
