So I've started printing out my invites (BRIDES kits from Michael's Crafts). Holy Buckets - doesn't get more 'real' than seeing your names on OFFICIAL wedding paper, does it?! Whoop!

    I guess I'm a little a head of the game. I have mine printed and just have the FH's addresses to go. I got everything for my invites for $80 and they turned out great.

    I ordered mine a few months ago from VP and they turned out great! I know what you mean about the name on the paper thing! So true.

    Pretty soon I'm going to start addressing them...just doing a few at a time because my handwriting is terrible. I'm going to watch a few calligraphy videos on YouTube to see if I can get one of those pens from Hobby Lobby and do it myself!

    I showed my FI when ours came in the mail, and even his mouth dropped open for a minute.

    Maybe I am so far ahead that i did my invites 3 months ago, address them and stamped them all and placed them in a plastic container with a lid......all 80 is ready to go on Feb 13th with a reply by March 15th......I have nothing to do I am so bored, and it seems like April 14th will never get here. I started wayyyyyyy to early doing stuff.

    DD and her FI just decided to order from Wedding Paper Divas.  They thought about a total DIY, but decided to get the main invitations and response cards printed, then they will DIY the enclosure card with map/directions, etc. 

    We just had her bridal shower this past weekend, so THAT was our 'slap in the  reality face'!  :D   Time is gonna just FLY past now!!
