Help!! Venue for New Years Eve

I'm looking for a venue to have our reception for New years Eve around the Tampa area that is budget friendly and will allow us to bring in our own liquor and food. The wedding is 12/31/13 and we are going to probably have around 100 guest. Any suggestions are appreciated. Also ideas on themes, Winter wonderland on New years Eve sound stupid? Thanks

    Check out the St.Pete Women's Club! That is where I am getting married:

    It is super reasonable and I bet especially on a week night. You can bring in any caterer etc. (you could even bring your own food if you wanted to do a potluck wedding)
    The ceremony would be best outside unless you have a church nearby.

    The only thing I can think of that might be a problem is that yo have to wrap up by 11... but maybe you could get a New Year's extention? Or move things downtown? I have a feeling most places will have you out before midnight anyways.
