It's an art exhibit in the Ukraine.  The exhibits are sleeping women.  Men can view and kiss the sleeping woman. If she responds to the kiss by opening her eyes they are both contractually obligated to get married.

    Just a pet peeve here, it's just Ukraine, not the Ukraine. My fiance's family is from Ukraine, and he instintively corrects it every time he hears it, so I guess it has worn off on me! Like he says, you don't say "the England," or "the Brazil," so it is the same.
