Welcome bags - can anyone tell me what's local to the Lake George/Saratoga area/Adirondack area?

I'm trying to gather some ideas of what to fill our welcome bags with.  {retty much 100% of our guests will be travleing from out of town, so I would love to fill the bags with some local goodies.  I plan to put 2 Saratoga waters in the bag, but besides that, I'm kind of lost as to what might be considered "local" in that area.  We can't use Adirondack wine because those will be our wedding favors.  Any ideas??

I did Saratoga Water (which you can get directly from the company and save a little $), maple candy from some place near Lake George, cheese from the Argyle Cheese Farmer (SOOO delicious), Empire apples, andddd I have to keep thinking because I'm drawing a blank :-)
  • Peppermint pigs, if your guests like mint.  They have them here: http://www.saratogasweets.com/
