Formal Invitation - Both Parents Hosting

Our invitations are going to be overly formal, I've been reading the Emily Post Etiquette book inside and out! I want to double check the wording of my invite. Because both parents are hosting: I gain my last name on the inviation? And he loses the Mr. in front of his name? Is that correct?

Re: Formal Invitation - Both Parents Hosting

  • That is almost perfect! Just remove the "and" between your sets of parents' names, and you're good to go.
