We're meeting with our minister of music to discuss things today and we made an appointment for a cake tasting!

When we met with our tent/chivaris/linens place on Saturday she was asking about our cake and when we explained the situation she suggested the place my friend used that has delicious cake. My mom was like whatever, just do it. haha So we're meeting with them next Wednesday. I'm pretty sure we'll do a cute two layer cake for us to cut and then have layer/sheet cake in the back for them to serve and bring out.

I also think I've decided on the peach linens! We're going to go to our venue to look at them then to make sure before we say yes, but the price is great.

Ash- They look great!!

-We had our third session of pre marriage counseling last night- it went great! We talked about conflict resolution.

-Our calligrapher shipped our completed envelopes yesterday... I cant wait to see them!

-The graphic designer that designed out invites and inserts, programs and RD invites sent them to the printer yesterday. I will hopefully be getting a mock up this week to be certain everything is perfect before printing the whole batch. I cant wait!!

I finally have all the addresses for the invitations, so when I'm in NJ in 2 weeks I'll drop the envelopes off at the calligrapher!

And, I spent way too much money at VS yesterday for honeymoon gear. They have some cute cover-ups.

My invites came and they were missing the inside envelopes so they're send them in a separate shipment. I really like the way they turned out though- very exciting to see our names on them instead of a sample! I ordered my cake topper- I'm going with a "lovebirds" theme for some things so I found these on Etsy...

I also am booking my hair and makeup and making an appt go to in for a trial run at the end of March. We're going to look at wedding bands this weekend- very excited!

Mom finally finished printed off the invites and mailed them to me on Tuesday. I cannot wait to see how everything looks together. Should start putting them together next weekend.

I drilled holes in all of the wooden hearts that we currently have (69 of 145) for our favor tags/escort cards. Finished the hangers and jewelry for bridesmaids and flower girl. Typed up a sign to put by the favors/escort cards to inform guests how to find their tables. I called the winery today to see if they ever bottled my favors and they said I never came in and told them what kind of wine and bottle shape. Which I definitely did. So i may need to run up there this weekend.

<div>This was very interesting for us. Did you know that a nun created the test? Our deacon was telling us how some of the questions are not very realistic because she of course was never married and had somewhat of an idealistic view of marriage. </div>

I didn't know that. Some of it was too much. Mainly the sex ones. FI said he left all of those blank so I'm nervous for our meeting lol
