Nest/Bump approval help

I keep getting a page that says I need to go to my user profile and send an e-mail to verify my address.  How/where do I send the e-mail.  I thought there might be something on the profile,  but either I'm stupid or they are.

    It's a bogus message. There were some posts about it yesterday. Supposedly they're working on it. ::snort::
