  • Hi!  Almost dinner time.  Sloppy joes, and oven baked fries.  We went looking for cribs/nursery furniture today.  It's all overpriced crap, I think.  We may end up just ordering something off overstock.com  I like this one.  But we're going to wait a little bit until we actually purchase it so I hope they still have it when we're ready to pull the trigger.
  • I love sloppy joes.

Also - apprently Dish Network has dropped (among other things) WE.....FFS.
  • If everyone wants drama I should start posting what a friend of mine posts on facebook.  She makes almost everyone look sane.  She is definitely a hypochondriac and uses WebMD to make up problems she has and is going to school to be a nurse so she can be really entertaining to read.

  • I really like that set Loopy - although I think the odds of it surviving the child's entire life is very slim. I remember what I did to my bed when I was like 7. Stickers all over it, my initials carved in it a few times...haha.

  • I never got into Mob Wives or Real Housewives or The Hills type shows. Teen Mom, Jersey Shore, Real World, and Bridezillas are my kind of trainwrecks. I guess I don't like watching stupid drama of people with money. I like "middle class drama".

You were a destructive child, Poke ;)

My parents bought me a bedroom set when I was 7. I still have everything except the twin bed frame. It still looks really good too. It is serving it's purpose until we can afford to get a matching set for us.

  • Eags - YGPM.

Did you guys know there's a new Bourne movie coming out?  I'm actually excited about it :).  No Matt Damon - it's a new "operator" under the same program or something.  H saw a preview for it when he went to the movies the other night.  We watched the first one, part of the second, and the end of the 3rd today before and after our shopping adventure.
  • My BFF is completely incapable of forming his own opinions. My family and most of my friends are pretty much Democrats. When he lived here he was a Democrat and always parroted opinions of his friends. Now that he's living with a bunch of Republicans he's suddenly changed over, and now parrots what THEY say. And he's ALWAYS posting political shiiiiit mocking Democrats and bashing Obama and all that. If he wasn't my BFF he would have been deleted.

  • Well right now she has 5 or 6 diseases and she will tell everyone all the medicines and the strengths she is on.  The really funny part is some of the medicines she claims that are pills only come in cream form like a pill has not been made for it.  Or she will have a strength of a pill that doesn't exist unless she is cutting the larger strength in half.  They are things I have to know for my job.

Petal - I must have been. But in my defense, I was just trying to decorate. My parents were NOT pleased.

  • It's okay, Poke. I decided I needed glow in the dark stickers all over my wall by my bed. A few weeks later I peeled them off and took the paint with them.

I also insisted that I needed blue carpet when we were getting the carpets redone. It was nice until blue wasn't my favorite color anymore. I was stuck with that blue carpet until I moved out to college. Not sure why my parents let me get the blue. My kid is going to be stuck with a neutral.

    Hah, good one Lizzie.
  • I think I'm going to go take a nice bubble bath.  I can see the TV from my tub and I have a nice pino grigio all chilled and ready for me.
