It's been a while but I FINALLY have a check! We booked Eggwhites as our caterer to provide some apps at the cocktail hour, pasta and salad station at the reception, all of our rentals (tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, silverware, etc.), bar, and all the staff (servers, bartenders, etc.)! They're even throwing in a little refreshment stand for when guests arrive for the ceremony (we're having an outdoor ceremony).
This check took a long time because it was a huge part of our budget. But we did a tasting of their appetizers the last time we were in Miami and absolutely loved their food. I'm still thinking about the brie puff pastries with raspberry filling lol!
Now we just need to pick an Indian caterer for the Indian food, florist, and officiant and then we're all done with the big vendors. Thanks for letting me share!
