  The venues I looked at were:
  
  Chesapeake Bay Beach Club
  Chesapeake Beach Resprt and Spa
  Herrington on the Bay
  Celebrations at the Bay
  Swan Harbor Farm
  
  Affordable is different to everyone so not sure what price point you need.
  
  My concern is the 250 people - I dont think a lot of these venues can hold that but I could just be remembering wrong sicne it was 09 when I looked.
  
  The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay wasnt one I looked at but that may have larger spaces since it is a hotel but on the water.
